If you intend to order from us on a regular basis you are welcome to apply for a credit account. This will enable you to place orders without the need to arrange immediate payment. We will invoice you on goods dispatch and payment can be made at any time within 30 days from the end of the month that the invoice is dated [ie. net 30 terms]. We will automatically send you convenient monthly statements.
Please complete the credit account application form below. Your application will typically be processed within one working day. We will contact you as soon as we have a decision and if succesful will issue you with your own login account with credit facilities.
Please note that we can unfortunately not consider extending credit facilities to sole-traders and non-limited liability partnerships until a substantial trading history has been established between us.
Applicant attests: Entity's financial responsibility, ability and willingness to pay 3WM invoices in accordance with the standard terms and conditions of sale;
This statement is considered as reiterated and applicable to each purchase until revoked in writing, and it is understood that in the event of late payment, you agree to pay all actual collection costs, legal fees and court costs incurred by 3WM, in the collection of the late payments, regardless if judicial action is undertaken.
By signing this application, you certify that the information provided is true and correct and that you are of legal age to enter into this transaction. You also agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated in this application. You authorise 3WM to verify any information included in this application or in other documents required to obtain the credit requested. You authorise any party named in this application to provide any and all information to 3WM, and you authorise 3WM to provide information about the applicant to credit reporting agencies for the purpose of retrieving its credit reports. 3WM disclaims all responsibility for, and you
acknowledge that 3WM will not be liable for, any disclosure of that information by such third party.
Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, nothing obligates 3WM to continue to extend credit to any party, and extension or continuation of credit is in 3WM's sole discretion.
Please note that by signing this document you agree to be bound by our payment terms which are net 30 days.
Goods remain the property of 3WM Ltd until paid for in full.
