Should you wish to return an item, please contact our customer services team on 01636 557421 with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will be more than happy to help with arranging a collection for you.
No longer required
Goods sold on this website are supplied in good faith (please see furniture returns policy below). If however, you are not completely satisfied with the items you receive or simply want to return your goods as no longer required, you must notify us within 14 working days for them to be returned free of charge, subject to them being in their originally sent condition (unopened/unused). We will refund the cost of the goods in full less the original carriage cost incurred by us.
Should you wish to return after this point, you can do so up to 30 working days, but this will be subject to a 20% restock fee deduction from your refund. We will refund the cost of the goods in full less the restock fee and original carriage cost incurred by us.
In the event that you decide that you no longer require a furniture or seating product and wish to return it, a 35% restocking fee will apply in addition to our existing terms. Please ensure furniture items are still in their original packaging, otherwise we will not be able to accept this return.
Food and Beverage
Due to health and safety regulations we are unable to accept returns for any food or beverage items.
All dated products are non-returnable after December 10th of the previous year. For example, any 2022 dated products are non returnable after December 10th 2021.
Made To Order Items
Made to order items are non-returnable and can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. We will notify you upon ordering, if this item is made to order, to ensure you have full knowledge of this returns policy.
Incorrect item received
If you receive an incorrect item to what was ordered, please ensure you notify us promptly within 3 working days of the item being received.
If any goods are faulty or damaged when you receive them, we will arrange for them to be replaced or refunded but you must notify us within 5 working days of receiving delivery otherwise no claim will be entertained. Delivery charges for damaged or faulty goods or errors made by us will not be charged.
