Bench Desking Guide Bench Desking Guide

Bench desking is designed to accommodate a large number of people, without space having to be compromised. The idea behind workbenches is to drive collaboration and optimise space, whilst allowing room for flexibility.

How do bench desk systems work?

Typically bench desking systems are designed to be built up modularly to maximise available space.

Step 1)

Normally you start with a single starter bench desk or a back-to-back starter desk set. Selecting your desired desk length and finish.

Step 2)

To add more desks to your starter desks, you need to add the required extension desks (either single or back-to-back, depending on selection) You can add as many workstations as you need.

You can even mix and match e.g. 1200mm next to a 1600mm.

Step 3)

Once you're happy with your configuration you can now add accessories such as fabric desk screens to separate out each workspace or cable management solutions such as trays and monitor arms if you want a tidy look.
