Terms & Conditions

Making a Purchase

Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Please note - The cut off time for orders to be processed for next day delivery is 2pm Monday to Friday. Orders received by us after 2pm will be processed on the next working day. Where orders are received at a weekend, they will be processed on the next working day ie Monday with the exception of a bank holiday (UK).

We accept the following methods of payment:

Cash or cheque with order or collection in person, Mastercard, Solo, Switch/UK Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit/Delta, Visa Electron, Paypal. We regret we are unable to despatch goods until paid for except where credit terms have been agreed and are current.

You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the internet. We do not keep your credit card details on file and these details are destroyed as soon as the transaction has been processed.

When confirmation of order is sent by us, it indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will place it on back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. We reserve the right to substitute out of stock items with those of a suitable equivalent of equal or higher value.

Tax Charges

All prices are subject to VAT at the standard UK rate of 20%.

Credit Card Security

Online credit card transactions are processed by SagePay and / or Paypal secure servers. We do not capture card details on our own site. If you give us your card details directly they are destroyed once payment has been made. We do not retain your card details in any format.

Guarantee

Goods sold on this website are supplied in good faith. If however you order the wrong item, are not completely satisfied with the items you receive or simply want to return your goods, you must arrange for them to be returned to us, and providing they are received by us in good condition (ie they have been handled with reasonable care and are in a condition to be resold), we will refund the cost of the goods in full less the carriage costs incurred by us.

If any goods are faulty or damaged when you receive them, we will arrange for them to be replaced or refunded but you must notify us within 5 working days of receiving delivery otherwise no claim will be entertained. Delivery charges for damaged or faulty goods or errors made by us will be fully refunded and/or not charged. Telephone customer services on 01636 557421. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Privacy Policy

3WM does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the ‘Remember Me’ Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to ‘Tools | Internet Options | Privacy’ and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies. Data collected by this site is used to:

a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes

3WM Ltd does not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses. We only email our customers with regard to: order confirmations, order status, forgotten login names & passwords & to advise of special promotions, including loyalty discounts which may be of benefit to them.

We will not sell, trade or disclose your personal details to other companies for marketing purposes.

Returns Policy

If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer services team on 01636 557421 with your order number and the item (s) , who will be more than happy to help with arranging a collection at your convenience.

No longer required

Goods sold on this website are supplied in good faith. If however you are not completely satisfied with the items you receive or simply want to return your goods as no longer required, you must arrange for them to be returned to us within 15 working days, and providing they are received by us in good condition (ie they have been handled with reasonable care in original packaging), we will refund the cost of the goods in full less the carriage costs incurred by us.

In the event that you decide that you no longer require a furniture or seating product and wish to return it, a 35% restocking fee will apply in addition to our existing terms. The restocking fee does not apply when returning damaged or faulty products. Please ensure furniture items are still in their original packaging, otherwise we will not be able to accept this return.

Due to health and safety regulations we are unable to accept returns for any food or beverage items.

All dated products are non-returnable after December 10th of the previous year. For example, any 2019 dated products are non returnable after December 10th 2018.

Made to order items are non-returnable and can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

Incorrect item received

If you receive an incorrect item to what was ordered, please ensure you notify us promptly within 3 working days of the item being received.

Damages/Faulty

If any goods are faulty or damaged when you receive them, we will arrange for them to be replaced or refunded but you must notify us within 5 working days of receiving delivery otherwise no claim will be entertained. Delivery charges for damaged or faulty goods or errors made by us will not be charged. Telephone customer services on 01636 557421. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Please note that in the event of faulty products such as shredders/laminators, there is normally a warranty in place. Please call us on 01636 557421 to find out the next steps on resolving this, with your order number and item ordered.
