Returns Policy

If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer services team on 0845 0706186 or 01476 515944, who will issue you with a returns number which must be presented with the returned product(s). Please note we cannot receive any returned items without a valid returns number.

Goods sold on this website are supplied in good faith. If however you order the wrong item, are not completely satisfied with the items you receive or simply want to return your goods, you must arrange for them to be returned to us within 15 working days, and providing they are received by us in good condition (ie they have been handled with reasonable care), we will refund the cost of the goods in full less the carriage costs incurred by us.

If you receive an incorrect item to what was ordered, please ensure you notify us within 3 working days of the item being received.

If any goods are faulty or damaged when you receive them, we will arrange for them to be replaced or refunded but you must notify us within 5 working days of receiving delivery otherwise no claim will be entertained. Delivery charges for damaged or faulty goods or errors made by us will not be charged. Telephone customer services on 0845 0706186 or 01476 515944. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

In the event that you decide that you no longer require a furniture or seating product and wish to return it, a 35% restocking fee will apply in addition to our existing terms. The restocking fee does not apply when returning damaged or faulty products.

Your rights to return goods are protected under The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 which can be found at and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
