Delivery Rates

We operate a next day service wherever possible and most deliveries are through the UPS courier network and should be expected between 9am and 5pm. Where orders are particularly bulky (e.g. furniture items) or have special handling requirements (e.g. hazardous substances), separate delivery arrangements will be made.

There are more remote regions of the UK where it is not possible to deliver within 24 hours and these are detailed below.

England, Wales & Scotland (excluding Scottish Islands and Highlands)

Next day delivery is charged at £4.95 (ex vat).

Northern Ireland

Next day delivery is charged at £4.95 (ex vat).

Scottish Islands and Highlands

48-72 hrs delivery is charged at £4.95 (ex vat).

Isle of Man

24 Hour Delivery Service at £15 per delivery.

Channel Islands

48 Hour Delivery Service at £15 per delivery.

Republic of Ireland

We are currently unable to offer a delivery service to this region. We do hope to remedy this soon.
